Welcome! Here are answers to some of the most common questions about our products, orders, and services.

1. What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer international shipping at this time.

2. How long does delivery take?

  • Standard UK Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Total delivery time: Usually 3–7 business days, including order processing

Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat delivery fee of £3.99 per order, regardless of size or weight.
Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched.
This can be used to track your delivery directly through Royal Mail’s tracking system.

5. Can I return an item?

Yes. Most unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

6. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item or packaging

We’ll resolve the issue quickly with either a replacement or refund.

7. How can I pay for my order?

We accept payments through Shopify Payments, which supports:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay (where supported)

We don’t accept any other payment methods at this time.

8. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at conatct@spanishcleaningproducts.shop .
If your order has already been dispatched, please wait for it to arrive and then request a return.
